About
Vladimir is a lawyer and researcher at the intersection of human rights and technology. He has a PhD in Law from the University of Buenos Aires (where he teaches Philosophy of Law) and works as a researcher at R3D: Red en Defensa de los Derechos Digitales, in Mexico. He specializes in social platform responsibilities, content moderation, freedom of expression, elections, and the impact of AI on human rights. Recently, he has been researching the environmental impacts of technologies, particularly those related to the development of data centers in Querétaro, Mexico. He is part of the Group of Feminist Epistemologies at SADAF (Sociedad Argentina de Análisis Filosófico), and participates in various international advocacy spaces, including the Digital Services Act Alliance and the Christchurch Call Advisory Network.
He is also an artist who writes and performs theatre, and makes cinema from time to time.
