About

Nowadays I am a researcher based in the Center for Technology and Society Studies (CETyS) of the Universidad de San Andrés, Buenos Aires. As an early career researcher from the Global South specializing in international law, I have devoted the past decade to researching and teaching in this field. My primary focus is the intersection between international law, responsible state behaviour in cyberspace, and artificial intelligence. Currently I am working on a project aiming at understanding how the national judiciary is deploying generative AI. I hope that my background in International Law and expertise in the Latin American region will inform my contributions to ongoing debates and enrich the REAL ML community.
