My Data Rights
About
My work focuses on digital rights through research to influence public interest policy and civil society engagement; advisory to technologists to think of how their technology affects women and gender diverse people, and philanthropic interventions to support leadership growth and sustainability of feminist movements on the African continent. My work draws on principles of feminism to think through digital technology interventions in their contexts and how they connect globally. I am currently building up My Data Rights – a knowledge repository to on AI, privacy and data from an Afican Feminist perspective. The body of work is available here – https://mydatarights.africa
